Tower Bridge
Built in the late 19th century, Tower Bridge was built to help accommodate the growing London population as the only bridge across the Thames then was London Bridge. It has since become an iconic symbol of London.
As an attraction, the Tower Bridge is not one you would need to enter. The best way to view the Bridge is to stroll along either side of the Thames riverbank!
However, if you are interested in a more in-depth experience of the bridge, opt for one of their tours. The tour provides visitors with spectacular views of London and a chance to see the passing traffic through a high-level glass floor walk-ways and explore its various exhibitions and Victorian Engine Rooms.
The attraction is open year-round. However, for visitors seeking to explore the exhibition, crowds will be smaller in the winter months. Yet, those opting for scenic views of the bridge along the riverbank should choose one of the warmer months to avoid London’s bitter winters. While the Bridge itself is open 24/7 (after all, it is still in use by commuters), the Tower Bridge Exhibition adheres to specific operating hours that can vary according to season.
Tickets are available for purchase online or on site.
